Individual Therapy

*currently offering HIPAA compliant telehealth sessions only*

You may be feeling overwhelmed, sad, frustrated, disconnected, or uncertain about the future. Perhaps it feels like these emotions will never let up. You're doing everything you think you're "supposed" to do, yet something still feels missing—a deeper sense of connection, belonging, authenticity, or fulfillment. You want things to change, but you find yourself feeling stuck between who you truly are and the expectations placed on you by others.

Therapy offers a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin moving toward lasting healing and growth. I strive to create a collaborative relationship where you feel seen, heard, and supported while also feeling gently challenged to explore new perspectives and patterns. My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and acceptance, with a strong commitment to trauma-informed care so you can explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe and respectful.
